REFUNDS
In accordance with Clause 19 of the Rules of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania "Regulations on Distance Contracts", the consumer can use the right of refusal and return the goods purchased in the online store within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods.
It is possible to return the product within 14 days after receiving it by agreeing on it by writing to contact@gipsysouljewellery.com
Refunds are made within 14 days of returning the item. Return shipping costs are not covered.
If you want to return the product, please provide the following information by writing to
- Name and surname
- Purchase invoice number
- Phone number
- Date of receipt of the goods
- The name of the item/s, price and date of purchase of all returned goods
- Reason for refusal (optional)
When you receive your return confirmation, please follow these instructions:
- The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received and in the original packaging
- The product must not have already been used
- The package of the product must correspond to the way it was received
- The item must be returned within 7 calender days of receiving approval
